Job summary

Zoom Recruitment is recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers to join a leading UK manufacturer based in Rugby. This ongoing, full-time contract offers stable work, excellent rates, and a fully paid two-week training programme before you start.

Shifts include day and night options with Monday to Friday guaranteed work and weekly PAYE pay. Applicants must have a valid Class 1 licence, CPC, Tachograph card and prior Class 1 experience.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence required.
• Current Driver CPC
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card
• Previous Class 1 driving experience
• Good understanding of driver legislation and road safety

Responsibilities

• Carry out bulk trunk runs using Class 1 vehicles.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and defect reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Driver Hours, Working Time Directive and Tachograph legislation.
• Follow Health & Safety procedures and use of PPE.
