Job summary

Flexible People Ltd is recruiting an experienced HGV Class 1 Driver - Nights for our Rugby depot. You will drive modern Class 1 (C+E) vehicles, perform delivery runs and complete vehicle checks to ensure safe, efficient operations.

We offer night shifts with ongoing work, competitive hourly pay, and a weekly pay cycle. Applicants should live within commutable distance to Rugby (CV23) and have access to their own transport.

Qualifications

• Must have valid UK HGV Class 1 (C+E) Licence and Driver CPC.
• Digital Tachograph Card required.
• Ability to complete daily vehicle safety inspections.
• Strong communication and professional, safety‑mocused approach.

Responsibilities

• Drive HGV Class 1 (C+E) articulated vehicles.
• Carry out single and multi‑drop deliveries.
• Perform daily vehicle safety checks and report defects.
• Follow Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive.
• Work 10–12 hour shifts with night schedule.
