Job summary

Pertemps Bond in Northampton is seeking HGV Class 1 night drivers for ongoing work with frequent night shifts and a competitive night premium. Start times range from 15:30 to 18:00, with immediate starts available and weekly pay. Newly qualified drivers are welcome to apply for regular night-line work in a well-supported operation.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence.
• Driver CPC qualification card.
• Digital Tachograph Card.
• Maximum 6 penalty points.
• No DD, DR, TT or CU endorsements.
• Professional and reliable attitude and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Multi-drop deliveries across the region.
• Delivering goods safely and on time.
• Loading and unloading where required.
• Completing vehicle checks before each shift.
• Ensuring all paperwork is completed correctly.
• Providing excellent customer service.
• Following all driver hours and working time regulations.
