Job summary

Stobart in Warrington is seeking permanent HGV Class 1 drivers to join our General Haulage operation, delivering to stores and RDCs across the region, with a focus on safe driving and dependable deliveries.

Multiple night-shift patterns available, with start windows from 16:00 to 23:00, and options to suit your availability. We offer enhanced pay rates (£15.80–£18.41 per hour) plus meal and night-out allowances and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid C+E licence held with no more than 6 points and no DD/DR convictions.
• DCPC and Tachograph cards must be valid.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• HGV general haulage to distribution centres and stores.
• Load and unload when required and ensure vehicle checks.
• Maintain safety, compliance and professional conduct.
• Work with transport team to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to drivers' hours, WTD and tachograph rules.
