Job summary

The Bradbury Group is recruiting Night-shift Security Officers in Leicestershire to act as the primary front-of-house contact for clients and visitors. You will shape the first impression with discretion, confidence and a premium service ethos, ensuring a secure and welcoming environment.

Role requires a valid SIA licence, 5-year work history, Right to Work in the UK, and a proven track record in customer-facing security.

Qualifications

• Valid SIA licence required for security duties.
• 5-year checkable work history and Right to Work in the UK.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing security or front-of-house role.
• Excellent communication and presentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a professional, welcoming front-of-house presence at all times.
• Balance vigilance with approachability and professionalism.
• Provide a safe and secure environment while maintaining customer experience.
• Engage with visitors, staff and contractors and manage enquiries.
• Maintain incident reports and daily activity logs.
• Conduct access control and respond to alarms/incidents.
• Liaise with police and emergency services as needed.
• Represent and enhance the client’s brand reputation.
