Job summary

Travelodge Southampton Central is hiring a Night Reception Team Member on a part-time contract. You will welcome guests, check them in, and help keep the hotel running smoothly during the night. No experience is required as we provide full coaching and support.

You’ll be part of a friendly, family-feel team with flexible working to suit everyone, and there are opportunities to progress through the Aspire Programme and team incentives. Training and guidance are provided to help you excel.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and check them in.
• Handle noise complaints and evictions as needed.
• Prepare hotel for the next day (housekeeping trolleys, breakfast prep).
• Occasionally serve behind the bar.
