Job summary

IKEA Exeter is seeking full-time Night Forklift Drivers to join our Fulfilment Operations team. You’ll operate a forklift at night (00:00–10:00) to move stock to the correct locations in the warehouse, ensuring products are available for customers and colleagues.

The role requires forklift experience and a safety‑minded approach in a busy warehouse. We offer a 39‑hour week across 5 nights with occasional weekends, plus benefits and a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience and safety-conscious approach in a busy warehouse.
• Ability to prioritise and organise workload with keen attention to detail.
• Experience using technical equipment to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Motivated, efficient, and capable of working well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products are available in your area with timely, accurate tasks.
• Operate a forklift and move goods around the warehouse safely around other machinery.
• Adhere to all safety protocols to maintain a secure environment for colleagues and customers.
• Use the forklift to pick pallets and transfer items from loading bay to the warehouse.
