Job summary

proviT LTD is seeking an experienced Forklift Driver in Rushden, Northamptonshire. The role covers both indoor and outdoor driving with an all-weather requirement and some manual handling. It’s a fast-paced environment with production targets and a 55-hour week.

Initial placement is temp to perm; you will be cross-trained on a Bobcat and must hold a Counterbalance licence. Hours include night shifts 19:00–07:00, with overtime available.

Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance Licence.
• Willing to be cross trained on a Bobcat.
• Happy to work in all weather conditions.
• Manual handling may be required.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading machinery.
• Moving materials around the site.
• Stacking and storing materials in the correct areas.
• Carrying out daily checks.
• Operating basic machinery.

We are currently recruiting for a Rushden based company who is looking to bring an experienced Forklift Driver into their team to be cross trained on a Bobcat. This role includes both driving inside & outside so you must be happy with an all weathers role. This will also include some manual handling. This is a fast paced environment with production targets. 55 hour paid a week.
