Job summary

JMW Farms Ltd in Armagh, Northern Ireland, is seeking a Process Operator / Shunter Driver for night shift to join our Animal Feed Processing Team. You will use the computerised mill system to control the receiving, inspecting and processing of ingredients into finished feed, pack feed into bags and load lorries.

With training, you will drive a shunter vehicle to move trailers for tipping and reloading. Applicants should have basic English and Maths, experience with machinery, and a Class 1 HGV

Qualifications

• Basic English and Maths.
• Previous experience operating machinery within a Mill.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to learn and night shift work.
• HGV Class 1 Licence is required.
• Experience working with computers.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and process ingredients using the mill system.
• Batch, grind and pellet via computer controls.
• Pack feed into bags and load lorries.
• Shunt trailers for tipping and reloading.
• Maintain records of receiving and dispatch.
• Adhere to site health, safety and environmental policies.
