Job summary

Wirralpet999 Limited’s independent OOH RVN role near Chester in an RCVS-accredited referral hospital. Manage ECC, complex anaesthesia and inpatients with full referral support.

You will work 0.75FTE (approx 31–33 hours per week) with a 7-on-14-off rota, 7:30pm–8:30am, in a hospital with on-site daytime admin and comprehensive equipment.

Salary £33–40k pro rata, plus bonus scheme; BUPA, EAP, discounts; RCVS and VDS fees paid.

Qualifications

• RVN with passion for ECC and inpatient care.
• Confidence with complex anaesthesia.
• Experience in managing emergency OOH cases.

Responsibilities

• Manage spectrum of emergency work from OOH calls and cases.
• Admit/triage routine and emergency referrals.
• Oversee 5–15 inpatients per night and run in-house labs.
