MPA are currently recruiting for Night Duty Care Assistants to join our experienced team in the Coleraine area. This position will be based in a Nursing Home Setting with an immediate start and is for night duty shifts only. The pay rate is £14.20 - £22.34. The role will involve working closely with nurses to provide a high standard of care to residents.

Role Responsibilities

• Providing a high standard of personal care to residents
• Providing assistant at meal times as well as recording food and fluid intake
• Promoting independence where possible
• Providing support with mobility
• Making beds
• Communicating with residents and making them feel comfortable
• Hourly Checks during the night
