Job summary

Prestige Recruitment Specialists, on behalf of Cranswick Riverside, is seeking a Dispatch Operative for a fast-paced food manufacturing site in Hull. You will handle daily order picking, stock rotation, dispatch of finished stock and loading/unloading vehicles, with training provided and PPE supplied.

Night shifts 6pm–6am on a 4 on/4 off rotation, weekly pay. Ideal candidates have dispatch/picker experience in food production, are comfortable in chilled environments, and value accuracy,

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatch area / picker within food manufacturing.
• Comfortable working in chilled conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical work ethic.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
• Possess excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Completing daily order / pick requirements
• Stock rotation
• Dispatching finished stock
• Loading and unloading vehicles as instructed
• Communicating any stock shortages to the Area Leader after completing the orders of each customer
• Ensuring daily targets are met
• Completion of paperwork
