Night Delivery Driver - Permanent Position (Winchester Area)

Driver Hire Wincheter is proud to be recruiting on behalf of our client - a well‑established, family‑run distributor of milk and dairy products. If you’re looking for a stable, permanent role with regular night shifts and a friendly team behind you, this is a fantastic opportunity.

The Role

We’re looking for a reliable Night Delivery Driver to deliver pre-packed milk and dairy items to customers’ homes across the Winchester area.

Shift Pattern

• Midnight - 8:00am
• Monday to Friday (finishing early Saturday morning)
• Permanent contract

What you’ll do

• Load and unload your van at the depot
• Complete around 100 drops per shift
• Follow efficient, pre-planned routes
• Deliver excellent service on every doorstep

What We Need From You

• Full UK driving licence (held for at least 1 year)
• 25+ years old (insurance requirement)
• Clean driving licence
• Experience in high-end, multi-drop delivery
• Own transport to get to and from the depot
• Excellent punctuality and reliability
• Confident working solo, with support always available
• A positive, can-do attitude and comfortable with night work
