Qualifications

• An upper second class honours degree or higher in psychology or extensive experience as a Band 3 Health Care Assistant.
• GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent); relevant NVQ Level 3 or willingness to complete.
• Experience with people with mental health problems and/or disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to service users in mental health crisis during the night.
• Assist qualified staff with mental health assessments and interventions.
• Support the delivery of care plans through structured one-to-one support.
