Job summary

Compass Group UK in Coventry is recruiting a dedicated Night Cook to help ensure the smooth running of Eurest operations on a full-time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week.

The Night Cook will maintain a high standard of quality work and contribute to a team that values individuality, progression, and rewards employees who go beyond the plate. A flexible shift pattern in the evenings is expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food for service in the night shift.
• Work with a team to prepare and serve meals.
• Identify opportunities to improve menus and food services.
• Maintain a positive brand image through good customer service.
• Record and reduce food waste levels.
• Assist with kitchen organisation, stocking and cleaning tasks.
• Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
• Follow Health & Safety regulations.
