Job summary

The Hawthorns, a respected retirement village network, seeks a compassionate Concierge - Bank (Nights) to greet visitors, answer calls and provide high-quality resident service. You will manage the switchboard, direct guests, and help maintain a warm, homely environment for residents during night shifts.

Applicants should have customer service experience, strong organisational skills, and the ability to stay calm in emergencies.

Qualifications

• Experience handling telephones and/or in a customer service position.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organised.
• Calm, empathetic and welcoming attitude for residents and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct all visitors, creating a welcoming first impression.
• Operate the switchboard and route external and internal calls; take and pass messages.
• Monitor the bistro area for refreshments, music and cleanliness.
• Handle resident requests promptly and professionally.
