Night Concierge - Luxury Residential Development

£33,000 per annum
4 on, 4 off - 7pm to 7am
London

We are seeking an exceptional Night Concierge to join the team at a prestigious super-prime residential development in Central London. This role requires a polished, service-driven individual with a background in luxury residential or high-end hospitality who can deliver an impeccable standard of resident experience throughout the night shift.

The Role

As Night Concierge, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to residents and their guests, ensuring the development operates smoothly, safely, and to the highest possible standard at all times.

Working alongside the Front of House Manager and Duty Managers, you will:

• Greet residents and visitors warmly and professionally
• Manage all calls, emails, deliveries, and post to the concierge desk
• Support residents with ad-hoc lifestyle requests such as transport, dining reservations, theatre bookings and dry‑cleaning
• Assist with amenity bookings and monitor the residents' app to ensure all queries are handled promptly
• Conduct regular building patrols to ensure safety, cleanliness, and presentation
• Coordinate essential services including arrivals, waste & recycling, and housekeeping activities
• Maintain strict access control, CCTV monitoring, and secure handling of all estate and resident keys
• Build strong relationships with residents and provide a seamless, discreet service
• Promote Health & Safety compliance and uphold the development's service standards at all times

You will play an important role in maintaining resident satisfaction, proactively communicating, managing expectations, and helping to build long-term loyalty within the building.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Concierge or Guest Services professional in luxury London residential or 4/5-star hotels
• Is exceptionally well-presented, articulate and confident
• Demonstrates excellent communication and customer service skills
• Has a strong command of written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus
• Can remain calm, organised and efficient while multitasking
• Has strong local knowledge of Central London
• Is proactive, service-driven and always willing to go the extra mile
• Has good IT skills including Microsoft Office, access control systems, resident apps or similar platforms
• Understands basic Health & Safety principles
• Has strong attention to detail, integrity and professionalism
