Job summary

Catch 22 is recruiting for a Night Concierge / Receptionist at a busy student accommodation site in Bloomsbury, London. You will provide a professional front-of-house presence, check in visitors, assist residents, and monitor building security during night hours.

This ongoing temporary position offers £14.80 per hour, weekly pay, and immediate starts. Night shifts are 11:00pm–7:00am, with one day of weekend cover per week, and you should be reliable, well-presented and able to work independently.

Qualifications

• Previous concierge, reception, front-of-house or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work alone and remain professional under pressure.
• Good attention to detail and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing a professional and welcoming front-of-house presence.
• Monitoring access to the building and checking visitors in and out.
• Assisting residents with general queries and support requests.
• Carrying out regular building checks and reporting any issues.
• Handling telephone and email enquiries.
• Maintaining accurate visitor and incident records.
• Ensuring the safety and security of residents and the building during night hours.
• Liaising with management and emergency services when required.
