A premier property management company in London seeks a dedicated Night Concierge. The role involves supervising a luxury development, enhancing resident relationships, and ensuring safety compliance. Ideal candidates should have strong communication skills and experience in a high-quality environment. You'll work a 4-day on, 4-day off rota, from 19:00 to 07:00, contributing to an inviting community atmosphere. The position offers a starting salary of £28,000 annually plus enhanced benefits.

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Night Concierge to join us at Fitzjohns Avenue, a boutique development of 29 luxury apartments designed exclusively for the over 55’s.
Designed by an award winning architect Fitzjohns Avenue also boasts Health Suite & Spa, club lounge and landscaped communal gardens and you’ll be part of a 24 hour concierge team.
As Night Concierge your focus will be the supervision of the development ensuring a harmonious ambience where everything is geared to meet the needs and aspirations of those who live there.
You will ensure we are fully compliant with everything relating to the health & safety of our development so we are looking for someone who ideally has buildings / property or facilities experience, as well as great face to face customer service skills with the ability to build strong relationships with our residents.
There is no such thing as a typical shift however you will lead on the following responsibilities
You will work on a rota basis of 4 days on, 4 days off with shifts between 19:00 - 07:00. There may be times where you are required to attend training or company related events at site and/or other locations during daytime hours.
You will be highly professional and well presented, your flexible approach, warmth, and insight will enable you to build relationships with all of our residents and onsite team. You’ll come from a high quality / luxury environment and have exceptional people skills.
Please note this position is subject to an enhanced DBS check. For the wellbeing of our staff we will also carry out a night worker questionnaire and health screening.
