Be part of our first team of Night Concierges at our new Riverstone residence at Bishops Avenue, near to Hampstead Heath.

The concierge team (day team and night team) provide 24-hour hospitality services to the residents in their luxury apartments, including our exceptional amenity spaces including spa, gym, cinema, club room, bars and restaurant. Variety is everything in this role, from warm and welcoming chats, to checking all areas are just so, sorting IT fixes, resolving issues, booking tickets and activities, providing valet parking (so a driving licence will be required), through to serving a coffee in the espresso bar…and so much more. Our concierge team are on hand come rain or shine to make sure our residents live the life they want to live.

The successful candidate will be based onsite at our Bishops Avenue residence. Our Night Duty Management team operate on a 12‑hour shift pattern (11.5 working hours) working a 4 on, 4 off pattern. This working pattern may evolve as we continue to grow and learn from our colleagues what best supports their needs and wellbeing.

Key responsibilities of the Night Concierge Team:

  • Be on duty overnight, ensuring the security of the residence, residents, and team.
  • Conduct regular security walk rounds and monitor CCTV to ensure only residents and approved guests are within the residence.
  • Deliver exceptional resident services to create amazing experiences for residents, guests, and visitors, ensuring all areas are professionally operated and immaculately presented in line with Riverstone’s standards.
  • Ensure adherence to all legal, compliance, and auditing procedures, including fire and life safety systems, handling of emergency situations, health and safety, first aid if required, and safeguarding and regular security checks.
  • Act as the first point of contact for resident queries and issues, responding professionally and promptly, and keeping residents informed throughout the resolution process.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, colleagues, partners, suppliers, and contractors, embodying Riverstone’s culture and values in all interactions.

  • Are comfortable being one of a team of two on duty overnight and responding to incidents and emergencies.
  • Naturally curious with a passion for delivering excellent service‑experiences and meeting needs of customers.
  • Experienced in the delivery of high‑quality customer service.
  • Have an affinity with Riverstone’s profile of residents.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time and juggle multiple priorities to execute high quality deliverables.
  • Excellent attention to detail and an ‘all hands‑on‑deck’ approach to service delivery.
  • Computer literate with experience of building management systems.
  • Excellent communication, engagement and inter‑personal skills and good business writing skills.
  • Hold a valid driving licence (essential)
