Job summary

North East London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Community Healthcare Support Worker to join the night service at Barking Community Hospital. This permanent role covers 22 hours per week and focuses on delivering nursing care to housebound patients in Barking and Dagenham.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, prior community healthcare experience, and a valid UK driving licence with access to a car for work.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or an equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience working in a community healthcare setting.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a car for work purposes.
