A leading aerospace precision engineering firm is seeking a fully skilled CNC Mill / Turn Setter / Operator for their night shift team in Poole. The role includes setting and operating CNC machines, manufacturing components to high precision, and maintaining quality standards. Applicants should have completed a recognized apprenticeship in mechanical engineering and have experience with FANUC controls. This full-time, permanent position offers an hourly rate of £20.16 – £21.36, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Fully skilled in CNC milling and turning.
• Ability to inspect work to drawing and SPC requirements.
• Experience in the aerospace sector.

Responsibilities

• Set and operate CNC Mill / Turn lathe machines using FANUC controls.
• Manufacture precision-turned components to customer specifications.
• Maintain high standards of engineering quality and workplace organisation.
