Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Cleaning Operative to cover a varied night shift (23:00–07:00) across UK sites. The role involves cleaning floors, corridors, and communal areas, with potential contact with customers during day/night cleaning in open spaces.

You will complete Health & Safety records and attend necessary training. The ideal candidate has the Right to Work in the UK, a smartphone for Timegate attendance, and a background in cleaning is advantageous but full training is provided.

• Attention to detail and thoroughness.

Responsibilities

• Tidying up work areas, cleaning floors and communal areas.
• Physical tasks with standing for periods, e.g. vacuuming and mopping as needed.
• Assist customers in open/public spaces when on-site, handling queries related to cleaning or incidents.
• Complete Health & Safety records and attend training courses as required.
