Dalata Hotel Group is hiring a Night Cleaner in the UK (Cambridge). You will receive training through our Dalata Academy to learn important skills and meet experienced team members who can help you grow.

We promote from within and offer opportunities for future advancement as you work with a friendly team. Responsibilities include cleaning hotel areas, following nightly checklists, maintaining exterior cleanliness, and understanding fire procedures for guest safety.

Formación

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Capability to remain calm and perform well under pressure.
• Experience in 3/ 4-star hotels is desired but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Clean all areas of the hotel, including lobby, stairs, back office, restaurant and bar floors, and public and staff areas.
• Follow nightly checklists, including setting up function rooms, breakfast areas, and other spaces as required.
• Maintain cleanliness of the front entrance and outside areas, ensuring they are tidy and presentable at all times.
• Be familiar with the hotel’s fire procedures to ensure the safety of all staff and guests.

Your Job:

• Clean all areas of the hotel, including but not limited to:
  • Lobby, stairways, back office, restaurant and bar floors
  • Public and staff areas
  • Meeting room floors
• Follow nightly checklists, including tasks such as setting up function rooms, breakfast areas, and other spaces as required.
• Maintain cleanliness of the front entrance and outside areas, ensuring they are tidy and presentable at all times (e.g., emptying bins, picking up rubbish, etc.).
• Be familiar with the hotel’s fire procedures to ensure the safety of all staff and guests at all times.
