As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you'll play an important part in the day-to-day care, safety and wellbeing of the young people living in the home.
You'll provide consistent support, build positive and trusting relationships, encourage positive behaviour and help young people develop the skills and confidence they need to progress.
Every young person is different, so you'll take a flexible and individualised approach, following their care plans and responding to their emotional, behavioural and practical needs.
You'll work alongside colleagues, managers and external professionals, ensuring that safeguarding procedures, care plans and regulatory requirements are followed at all times.
