Aster Group is recruiting a Night Team Leader for Homemead Care Home in London. You will lead a dedicated team, ensuring high standards of residential care for older adults and managing personal and social care needs with compassion and respect.

Applicants should have a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care, with progression toward Level 3, and proven experience in medication administration, CQC standards, and dementia care.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential care for older people.
• Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Willingness to work towards Level 3 and engage in ongoing learning.
• Knowledge of CQC standards and dementia care.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a dedicated care team to maintain high standards of care.
• Work with residents to meet individual needs with compassion and respect.
• Ensure Medication administration and Personalised Care Plans are followed.
• Support Home Manager and adapt shifts to cover 12h20 waking nights across three days.
