Night Care Team Leader

Location and Pay

Kenwith Castle - EX39 5BE

£15.35 per hour + paid breaks

Hours

Full time - Alternate weekend working

We have an exciting opportunity for a Night Care Team Leader to join the team at Kenwith Castle, our residential care home set in 30 acres of stunning North Devon Countryside at Abbotsham, Bideford.

You’ll have completed an NVQ3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) and be fully competent in medication administration.

What you will be doing:

• Plan and manage delivery of quality care to our residents alongside a team of Senior Care and Care Assistants
• Ensure your team are supported and have guidance throughout their shift
• Administration of medication to residents
• Liaising with external medical professionals and resident’s families
• Ensuring care is delivered to the highest standards in line with Care South’s
