TLC Care is seeking a Team Leader to join our friendly care team in Potters Bar. You will support residents with daily activities, personal care, safety and wellbeing, while ensuring dignity and respect under the Care Services Manager.

You will plan, monitor and supervise care and assist with care plans and medicines, while taking on leadership responsibilities as needed to meet business needs.

Qualifikationen

• Genuine interest in, and experience of working with the relevant Client group.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Team player.
• Willingness to participate in Vocational Training Programmes.
• Satisfactory Police Check and ISA check.
• Minimum N/SVQ Level 3 in Care or equivalent.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Experience/Qualification in the Safe Handling of Medicines.

Aufgaben

• Assist Care Services Manager to plan, monitor and supervise care.
• Support formulation of care plans and medication management.
• Help with rota planning and implementation.
• Develop in Team Leader role in line with business needs.
