A residential services provider is looking for a Night Support Worker in Newcastle. You will support adult residents in a safe environment, monitoring well-being and adhering to house rules. Qualifications

• Experience in a residential setting is a plus.
• Understanding of safeguarding is essential.
• Ability to work night shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Monitor residents and the premises throughout each night shift.
• Conduct hourly checks between 12:00 am and 7:00 am.
• Log relevant issues accurately.
