Qualifications

  • Must have a diploma in Health and Social Care or be willing to obtain one.
  • Experience in supporting adults with learning disabilities or mental health issues is required.

Responsibilities

  • Implement individual support plans and activities.
  • Maintain effective communication with service users and families.
  • Support service users with meals, laundry duties, and social events.
  • Maintain accurate notes and records.
  • Work as part of a team to provide high quality care.

Skills

Experience in supporting adults with challenging behaviour

Education
