Care South Residential is hiring a Night Care & Support Assistant at Fairlawn Care Home in Ferndown. The role offers shifts 19:45–08:00 with alternate weekend work, and pays £13.05–£13.30 per hour plus a £500 welcome bonus.

Both full-time and part-time options are available, with a thorough induction and training programme to support you from day one. No prior care experience is required; experience in customer service, supporting your community, or a genuine empathy for others is welcomed.

Qualifications

• No previous care experience required; suitable for customer service or community-oriented backgrounds.
• Strong kindness, understanding and commitment to helping others feel safe and valued.
• Comprehensive induction and training provided to all new carers.

Responsibilities

• Provide night-time care and support to residents at Fairlawn Care Home.
• Assist with personal care and mobility needs during night shifts.
