Care South are seeking friendly, compassionate Night Care & Support Assistants for Maiden Castle House Residential Home in Dorchester. This full-time, part-time or bank role covers 20:00–08:00 shifts, including alternate weekends, with a hourly rate of £13.05–£13.30 and a £500 welcome bonus.

No previous care experience is required; customer service or community support experience is welcomed. We provide a thorough induction and training, excellent HEART values focus, and a welcoming team

Role: Night Care & Support Assistant

Location: Maiden Castle House Residential Home, Dorchester DT1 2NJ

Pay: £13.05 - £13.30 per hour and a £500 welcome bonus

Hours: Full Time , Part Time & Bank

Shift Pattern: 20:00 - 08:00, to include alternate weekend working
