Job summary

A residential care facility in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Night Care Assistant. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct handovers and ensure all residents are accounted for.
• Guide staff in creating a positive atmosphere and running the home efficiently.
• Support staff training and development while monitoring standards.
• Assist residents with personal care while promoting independence.
• Perform regular checks throughout the night per residents' individual needs.
• Complete all night documentation and maintain compliance.
