Agincare is hiring a Night Care Assistant at Critchill Court Care Home in Frome. You’ll provide compassionate, person‑centred care to residents, including help with daily routines and medication administration, while building meaningful relationships and promoting wellbeing. No prior experience required, fully funded training offered.

Shifts are 8pm–8am, 36 hours per week (Mon, Thu, Sat). Right to work in the UK required; sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and great with people.
• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (we cannot currently offer sponsorship).
• This role is working 36 hours per week.
• Night shift, 8pm–8am, with shifts on Monday, Thursday and Saturday.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents.
• Assist with medication administration and recording.
• Support residents with daily living activities and routines.
• Build meaningful relationships and provide companionship.
• Help enrich residents' lives through activities, hobbies, and social engagement.
