Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Care Assistant to provide high-quality personal care and support to residents at our Gloucestershire care home. No prior care experience is required; full training is provided to help you grow within a compassionate team.

You will assist with daily living, support activities and companionship, and help promote dignity and independence. The role is 36 hours per week with alternating weekends, and benefits include funded training, pension, and on-demand pay.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required; full training provided.
• Compassion and motivation to help others are essential.
• Must have minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (no sponsorship).
• Able to work alternating weekends and 36 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents.
• Assist with medication administration and recording.
