Job summary

Orders of St. John Care Trust is seeking a Night Care Assistant for The Lakes, a 64-bed care home in South Cerney. You will support daily routines and personal care, including washing, bathing and mobility assistance, helping residents to feel safe, dignified and well looked after.

We welcome both experienced carers and those new to care. You’ll receive induction training, ongoing development, and join a friendly team that values compassion, teamwork and excellent care.

Qualifications

• Provide personal care to residents including washing, bathing and toilet assistance.
• Support daily routines with kindness and dignity.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with residents, families, and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily routines and personal care to residents.
