Job summary

Cera Care is hiring Care Assistants in Thanet to support clients at home. This role welcomes every compassionate individual, even with no prior experience.

You will help with personal care, meals, and daily tasks, while delivering companionship and reassurance to clients in familiar surroundings. Night shifts from 9PM to 7AM are available, with a rotating schedule and offers benefits such as DBS/PVG coverage, training, and a path for development within the company.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required.
• Able to perform personal care tasks with dignity.
• Willingness to assist with daily living activities and companionship.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks including washing and dressing.
• Support clients at home and provide companionship and reassurance.
• Help with meals, light housekeeping, and medication reminders as directed.
