Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to residents during the night in accordance with individual care plans.
• Assist residents with mobility, toileting, and repositioning as required.
• Carry out regular wellbeing and safety checks on residents.
• Respond promptly and sensitively to residents' needs and requests.
• Maintain accurate night-time records and report changes or concerns to the Team Leader or Nurse.
• Support with light domestic duties to ensure a clean and safe environment for the morning.
• Uphold residents' dignity, privacy, and independence at all times.
