Job summary

Kingsacre Care Home in Scotland near Clydebank is seeking a Care Assistant to provide high-quality, person-centred care for residents, supporting daily living, mobility and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Caring, compassionate and respectful approach.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Previous experience is beneficial but not essential.
• SVQ Level 2 is desirable or willingness to work towards.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living including personal care and mobility.
• Support nutrition and emotional wellbeing for residents.
• Follow care plans and recognise changes in condition.
• Work as part of a supportive team to create a warm environment.
