Zusammenfassung

Sandon House Care Home, part of Care Concern Group, is seeking a Care Assistant to support residents with daily living, personal care, mobility and nutrition. You will follow care plans to provide safe, responsive and dignified care, while helping residents feel comfortable, valued and respected.

Training is provided, with opportunities for growth. The role welcomes both experienced carers and those new to care, and includes a generous benefits package and career development potential.

Qualifikationen

Caring, compassionate and respectful approach.
Good communication and teamwork.
Willingness to learn; NVQ Level 2 desirable or willingness to work towards.
