• Efficient worker capable of following reasonable instructions.
• Adaptable and flexible to cover a range of duties at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of personal care and support the care team.
• Assist residents with personal hygiene, promoting dignity and independence.
• Identify risks such as weight loss, falls, and infections and escalate promptly.
• Maintain courteous interactions with residents and visitors.
