Job summary

Agincare Group in Rochester is recruiting a Night Care Assistant to provide compassionate care overnight. You will work two shift patterns: 24 hours per week from 8pm to 8am, including alternating weekends, or 36 hours per week on the same schedule.

You will support residents with companionship, personal care, medications, meals, and mobility, helping them live as independently as possible. Previous care home experience is required, and you must have the right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a care home is required.
• Right to work in the UK for at least 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Companionship and engagement with residents.
• Personal care and assist with washing, dressing, oral care.
• Medication prompting, assisting or administering as directed.
• Meal support and hydration.
• Domestic tasks and light cleaning.
• Support mobility and independence.
• Organize social activities and outings within the home.
