Job summary

Hallhouse Care Home, part of Belsize Healthcare, is seeking a caring Care Assistant in Fenwick. You will support residents with daily living, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, following care plans to ensure dignity and wellbeing.

The role offers full training, PVG paid, pension, uniform provided, and 5.6 weeks annual leave for full-time staff. Experience is helpful but not required, with a welcoming team and supportive development path.

Qualifications

• Patient-centered care approach with dignity and respect.
• SVQ Level 2 desirable and willingness to pursue training.
• Experience in care roles is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living, personal care and mobility.
• Support nutrition, hydration and emotional wellbeing.
• Follow care plans and monitor changes in condition.
• Contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care as part of a team.
• Create a warm, welcoming environment and participate in ongoing training.
