Qualifications

• A caring, compassionate and respectful approach.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• A reliable and positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Previous experience is beneficial but not essential.
• NVQ Level 2 desirable or willingness to work towards.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily personal care, mobility support, nutrition, and emotional wellbeing.
• Follow care plans and recognise changes in residents’ condition for safe, responsive care.
• Work within a supportive team to create a warm, respectful and comfortable environment.
• Participate in training and development to support career progression.
