Friends of the Elderly is recruiting a Care Assistant for a 42-hour weekly night shift in Calcot, Reading. You will work a rolling rota of 3 consecutive days on and 3 consecutive days off, providing personal care, companionship, and meal support to residents.

We require at least 6 months in a care home, plus either The Care Certificate or Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care. A true passion for care and a collaborative, empathetic approach are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience in a care home.
• Must hold Care Certificate or Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care.
