Prime Life is seeking a dedicated Full time Night Care Assistant for Charnwood Oaks in Shepshed, Leicestershire. The role supports residents with dementia and age-related conditions, delivering dignified care with a patient, respectful approach.

Full training is provided; prior experience is welcome but not essential. We offer a supportive team, DBS funding, and holidays, with a Refer a Friend scheme up to £250 and progression opportunities within Quality Matters.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal hygiene and daily outfit choices.
• Support meals and nutrition, encourage hydration.
• Encourage safe mobility with aids and equipment.
• Provide companionship and accompany residents to activities and appointments.
• Maintain accurate care records and documentation.
• Collaborate with care team to promote residents' wellbeing.
• Greet and assist family members visiting the home.
