ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, youd help residents enjoy each day by providing quality care and support. Youd assist with daily living, offer companionship, and share meaningful moments and memories. This role is varied and rewarding, with opportunities to use your skills to support residents with tasks such as food and drink and following care plans, and to ensure each resident has one-to-one time.

ABOUT YOU

To join us as a Care Assistant youd need some experience of caring for older people, a can-do approach and excellent communication skills.
