Job summary

Barchester Healthcare in Sittingbourne is seeking a Care Assistant to support residents with daily living tasks, provide companionship, and help them enjoy each day in a respectful, caring environment.

You'll work closely with the care team, follow individual care plans, and receive comprehensive training. A can-do attitude, empathy, and excellent communication are essential to deliver the highest standard of care and make a meaningful difference for residents.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for older people or in a care setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy, warmth and a patient, compassionate approach.
• Full training is provided on joining the team.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily living activities.

ABOUT THE ROLE As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve.
