Job summary

Barchester Healthcare seeks a caring and compassionate Care Assistant to support residents in daily living at our care home. You will assist with meals, personal care, and daily activities while providing warm companionship and social engagement to enhance residents' quality of life.

Experience with older adults is preferred; training will be provided to help you thrive in a respectful and supportive environment. This role offers rewarding opportunities to develop your caregiving career.

Qualifications

• Experience in caring for older people is preferred.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. You'll assist with daily living, providing support and companionship and sharing great moments and memories too. It's a chance to bring your dedication and compassion to a fulfilling environment.
