Job summary

Barchester Healthcare in Horsham is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support residents with daily living, meals and personal care. You will help create a warm, safe environment and share meaningful moments with residents and their families.

You will follow care plans, document observations, and work as part of a friendly team. Training is provided to develop your skills and progress in a rewarding care career with Barchester.

About The Role

As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve.
